To ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, we take the following precautions:
Our products are individually wrapped, then flash frozen to lock in natural juices and flavor. Each product is packaged and labeled in our resealable freezer bags for easy storage in your freezer.
The products are hand packed in a reusable, insulated cooler with enough dry ice or frozen gel packs to ensure a safe delivery. Finally, the container is placed in a heavy-duty corrugated box for an additional layer of protection. It is the best way to ensure that your order is delivered in perfect condition.
On arrival the product should be placed in the freezer. If you plan on a delicious meal that evening, refrigerate the product until needed. Our shipping rates are based on the following options:

Upon Delivery
Your order is shipped in a reusable, fully recyclable insulated cooler with either dry ice or frozen gel packs. If your order was shipped with dry ice, the ice might have evaporated. This is normal. BE CAREFUL of handling any remaining dry ice with your hands!
Our products will arrive chilled or frozen. Chilled items are perfectly safe to freeze. As soon as you receive your order, place the products in the freezer for storage, or if you plan on a delicious meal that evening, refrigerate the product until needed. For added convenience, each product is packaged and labeled in our resealable freezer bags for easy storage in your freezer.

Thawing
Our products can be thawed in cold water in 10-15 minutes. Never use hot water. Roasts will take longer to thaw and we recommend thawing over night in the refrigerator. For best results, defrost all products overnight in your refrigerator.
