Western Beef & Seafood to Host Fundraising Concession Stand

We’ve announced a partnership to provide concessions for the 2010 season for the Golden Baseball League. A minor baseball league that is dedicated to developing professional independent minor league baseball teams that are located in Western North America. We plan on selling BBQ brisket and pulled-pork sandwiches, alongside providing catering services for the luxury suites during the season that lies ahead.

The concession stands will serve as an opportunity to promote our hassle-free fundraising opportunity to families that attend the Flyers games. Folks can get more information at the concession stands regarding hassle-free fundraising, as well as being able to taste the high quality of our foods. The baseball games are set to be played at Goodwin Field on the Cal State Fullerton Campus.

We’ve always prided ourselves by becoming intricately involved in community events, like these games, and by doing our part to give back to the community in which we were reared.

As a person who was born, raised and who currently lives in Fullerton, I am excited to be a part of such a great community event held in our beautiful city. As a community person, I am also a Fullerton South Rotary member, too!

Fullerton South Rotary supports two main groups: The Fullerton Arboretum and the Fullerton Boys and Girls Club – along with many other community-based charities as well.

As far as getting the word out about the good that we are doing by selling concessions of our gourmet foods at these games and buying advertising slots to support teams, like the Flyers, we know that this is just business as usual for our company.

Many little leagues from the surrounding areas attend the Flyers games. We have a large outfield banner promoting our fundraising to all that attend these amazing sporting events!

The OC Flyer’s minor league baseball team offers an inexpensive alternative from other, costlier baseball sporting events that are in the region, like the high costs that are associated with attending an Angels or a Dodgers game for a fun family night out, for example.

Our main objective is to get the word out on our profitable and hassle-free fundraiser by using quality foods as the main premise at these events. The concessions give us a chance for folks to try out and enjoy our wonderful food, and it also enables us to do something good for the community, simultaneously!

We’re  looking forward to a great season with the Flyers! As the Flyers say: Let’s Play Ball!

The Orange County Flyers minor league baseball season opening day is June 15, 2010.
